Leading with Purpose

With over 35 years in the criminal justice field, Frank Kopczynski founded Action Plus Bail Bonds after a successful career in healthcare administration.

Since 1988, he’s been dedicated to helping people rebuild their lives, serving on Florida’s Re-entry Council and former Governors’ Ex-Offender Task Forces.

His leadership reflects a deep commitment to fairness, dignity, and second chances.
